Global MCU Software Manager. Troy, MI. Lead global MCU software development team. Own software requirements, design/architecture, processes, DFMEA, and implementation. Control software resource plan. Lead and conduct design reviews. Manage risk, compromises, and their impact. Ensure timely software product delivery. Create software MiL, SiL, and PiL environments and perform simulation/analysis. Develop software testing methodologies and implementations. Work with hardware at bench and HiL levels to guarantee software operation. Design with ISO26262 awareness, compliance, and support. Lead component selection and performance measurement, analysis, and reporting. Evangelize/coach documenting and implementing optimal use of system hardware resources. Evaluate embedded software implementations. Support internal/external customer technical communications. Requires bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science and two years of experience with automotive software development. Experience must include: designing real time embedded systems, developing cybersecurity and functional safety software, architecting AUTOSAR software packages, working with power electronics modules, and use of AUTOSAR RTE/BSW, GNUmake, CMake, ISO26262, ISO21434, and SAEJ3061.
