Fire and Loss Prevention Manager

My Role:

• Provides technical assistance and cost-effective solutions in fire prevention and protection, as well as emergency response planning for security and plant engineering personnel assigned to the site.
• Coordinates the support of companies that provide industrial risk prevention services.
• Collaborates with the Risk Management area during the renewal processes of the property insurance program.
• Defines, communicates, and implements loss prevention specifications and requirements for existing, new, leased, and acquired locations.
• Supports the Global Security Director in maintaining the corporate fire protection and life safety policy.
• Develops and implements training programs for plant personnel on fire protection systems, their maintenance and testing, risk management procedures, etc.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Advanced level of English
• Experience with systems/installations for industrial risk prevention/protection and life safety for building occupants
• Extensive knowledge of NFPA (National Fire Protection Association), FM (Factory Mutual), and local loss prevention standards and codes
• Experience working with industrial risk prevention consulting companies (e.g., AXA XL, FM, GRC, etc.)
• Availability to travel
• Skill in managing construction projects, electromechanical installations, and alarm systems.
