Your Role:

As a Finance Business partner you will act as the business partner for the management team of our Epernon plant and play a key part in shaping and steering the financial success of our organization. You will be responsible for coordinating essential financial processes, preparing accurate reports, and providing insightful analysis that contribute to informed decision-making.   • Coordinate the monthly closing for the controlling part, Best Estimate, Forecast and Budget preparation and provide timely, accurate and relevant financial reportings.
  • Prepare financial review documentation to management which includes financials, key messages and relevant evaluations (support to finance manager).
  • Provide strong and comprehensive examination of our KPI's (operation & business oriented) and propose corrective actions if needed
  • Follow up the performance plan in consistency with Group targets.
  • Ensure appropriate procedures, processes and reporting are in place and respected.
  • Monitor the capex budget and expenses tracking/planning
  • Perform the profitability assessment for new products and compare to cash flow validated by Management - track and challenge overcosts
  • Management of the controlling team

Your Background:

  • Master's degree in Finance
  • 7 - 10 years of working experience in a controlling position in an international group
  • Strong understanding of Industrial & plant environment
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Leadership & communication skills
  • Strong capacity to challenge and proactively works on business problems and opportunities
