We're hiring an Electrical/Electronics Engineer to design and develop our automotive products in the areas of Active Safety and User-Experience. This position is located in TCI.

Job Responsibilities:
• Handling day to day tasks in product manufacturing assistance, maintaining equipment up time.
• Ensure Key components ( 5P ) of manufacturing practice are best followed to sustain Good manufacturing standard.
• Support manufacturing environment to follow the principles of good manufacturing practice.
• Follow and Implement applicable APTIV Standards in manufacturing line.
• Perform repeatability and reproducibility studies for product line testers for capability assessment.
• Support for product manufacturing First pass yield, reduce rework cost.
• Handling key equipment for its operational assistance to adhere production plan. Keysight ICT, MOL and EOL test stations.
• Track records and establish scope for continuous improvement in operation for the product line.
• Good problem solving skills in electronic manufacturing process.
• Support internal and external Audit through proper records of down time tracking, spare management, strain study records, capability assessment records of individual testers.
• Support product labelling and traceability adherence by complying internal FIS norms.
• Support engineering team to perform machine qualification and buy-off activities.
• Support spare management to ensure healthy production assistance through lean thinking.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Basic Qualifications:
• Diploma or advanced diploma in electronics stream with experience in electronic manufacturing testing.
• Basics in handling NI hardware and software (Test Stand, Labview etc.,)
• Knowledge in statistical methods; Good problem solving capability
• Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive work style
Experience:
3Yrs to 5Yrs above of relevant experience
