Your Role

In your daily job you will:

• Lead daily production operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost, and delivery standards.
• Monitor and manage production schedules, resources, and processes to achieve operational targets.
• Implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Drive workforce development by coaching, mentoring, and enhancing team members' skills and capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and PC&L to resolve issues and support seamless operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and EHS standards.
• Track and analyze key operational KPIs, providing regular reports and improvement action plans.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 7-12 years of experience in production or manufacturing leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and lean/continuous improvement tools.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production management systems (ERP/MES preferred)
