Your Role
In your daily job you will:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the plant.
- Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and corporate financial policies.
- Oversee accurate and timely month-end closings, reporting, and variance analysis.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support plant leadership in operational and investment decisions.
- Manage capital expenditure planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to maintain working capital efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global finance teams to ensure alignment and consistency in financial practices and reporting.

Your Background
- Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in plant or manufacturing finance.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
