Deputy Manager - Manufacturing Maintenance

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machines, crimping tools, testing equipment, and utilities.
• Monitor machine performance, identify root causes of breakdowns, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to TPM/5S, safety, and ISO/TS standards.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to maintain OEE and reduce downtime.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and vendor coordination.
• Guide and train the maintenance team for skill development and continuous improvement.
• Support new machine installation, validation, and modification projects.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
• 10 plus years of maintenance experience, preferably in wiring harness/automotive industry.
• Knowledge of crimping machines, cutting/stripping equipment, PLC-based machines, and automation preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machines, crimping tools, testing equipment, and utilities.
