This position is part of our Signal & Power Solutions segment; Connection Systems business unit located in Noth America.

Summary (About this Position):

To provide quality support to CS Americas plants and be the liaison with our customer Lear (not excluded to support other customers) to carry out a direct relationship with the Customer and grant him a better and faster service.

Your Role (i.e. Key Job Responsibilities):

  • Aptiv Customer Support Engineer representative to Lear
  • Analyze quality issues at customer location before these hits Aptiv Scorecard
  • Response quality complaints reported on the customer portal (SQTS)
  • Follow up quality alerts previously submitted by our manufacturing plants

Your Required Background (i.e. Must Haves):

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering
  • Bilingual, Spanish & English (Fluid), Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a team

Your Preferred Background (i.e. Nice to Haves):

  • Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in Quality areas
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Strong results orientation and execution skills
  • Resourceful, innovative, and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage conflicting tasks, make sound decisions, and solve problems independently
  • Strong presence, confidence, and persuasiveness to quickly establish credibility
