As Customer quality Engineer, you will have a key role in APTIV Quality department as the first interface with customers ensuring the customers requirements related to quality complaints while improving customers satisfaction.
To us nothing is impossible, you will have autonomy to explore your curiosity, having fun and celebrating success along the way. Reporting to the Quality supervisor.
Your Role:
- Be the voice of Customer inside multidisciplinary team and representing Aptiv in front of customer
- Reacting with urgency with customers
- Preparing and submitting the 3D & 8D report in time
- Owning Customer required documentations in Customer B2B portals
- Managing Quality complaints, internally following up implementation of action plan and externally ensured keeping the scorecard green.
- Having quality risk oriented mindset, looking for improvements of existing quality processes and procedures

Your Background:
- Engineer or Bachelor / Master Diploma in Engineering or Quality Management
- Knowledge in problem solving tools (5Why, 8D, Ishikawa, QRQC ..)
- knowledge of quality tools : APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, AIAG&VDA
- Interpersonal skills: confident, communicative, evidence and risk based decision thinking, well time management and team worker.
- Fluent English speaking and writing
