Continuous Improvement Process Engineer

Responsible for analyzing and optimizing processes, seeking to increase efficiency and quality and reduce costs, using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Their duties include identifying problems, collecting and analyzing data, implementing solutions, training staff, and documenting processes. These require analytical, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.

- Implementation of Engineering Projects based on Continuous Improvement
- PPAP Development
- Process Standardization
- Training and Education
- Data Analysis
- Change Management
- Audits and Compliance
My Background:
- University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Process Engineering or related field.
- Advanced English
- Problem Solving / 8D Formal
- Leadership
- Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
- Advanced knowledge in Lean Manufacturing: 5S, SMED, VSM, Kanban, Poka-Yoke
- Proficiency in statistical tools (Minitab, JMP, advanced Excel)
- Experience in ERP or MES systems implementation (desirable)
- Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Adaptability and proactiveness in the face of challenges
