YOUR ROLE
As Central Process Engineer on our team, you will:
- Responsible to develop and execute training plan for production plants
- Ensure equipment and tools delivered meet Customer requirements
- Demonstrate process stability (CpK)
- Develop new manufacturing system for Cordset product line.
- Manage and meet project budget.
In your daily job you will:
- Must prove experience in development, optimizing, and maintain manufacturing processes related to PCB soldering, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with international standards (IPC, ISO, etc.
- The position requires a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in PCB soldering process, proven knowledge in IPC-A 610E standard
- Implement process controls to ensure electronic assembly quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate testing of new materials, equipment, or soldering technologies.
- Train technical staff and operators in soldering standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001).
- Collaborate with quality, production, and design teams to ensure manufacturability.
- Document processes, work instructions, and visual standards.
- Become SME with technical knowledge for Cordset Product Line manufacturing processes.

YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role area:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering areas as Mechanic/Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics or similar.
- Minimum 5 years in electronic manufacturing processes, focused on PCB soldering.
- Knowledge of IPC standards (certification preferred).
- Inspection equipment (AOI, X-Ray, ICT).
- Soldering defect analysis (cold solder, bridging, tombstoning, etc.).
- Continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, DOE).
- English spoken/writing Med-High level.
- Advanced Communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Technical leadership and project management.
- Knowledge in safety standards.
- Knowledge and Experience following procedures.
- Ensure project costs are controlled and the budget is met.
- Provide machinery and tools training and recommendations to help the plant become self-sufficient.
