YOUR ROLE

Direct and organize manufacturing systems in Assembly operations, providing support for continuous improvement.

In your daily job you will:

• Coordinate the introduction of new projects into the operation
• Verify compliance with PPAP dates according to the provided plans
• Implement operational improvement processes
• Support the multidisciplinary team in resolving quality and operational issues
• Train, develop, and evaluate staff
• Monitor performance metrics
• Follow up on action plans in continuous improvement processes
• Enforce company procedures and policies
• Maintain a safe work environment

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• +5 years of experience as Assembly Engineering Manager
• Advanced English
• Experience in the automotive industry
• Product interpretation and quoting
• Plan reading
• Personal development leadership
• Product estimating
• Experience in automation and continuous improvement
• PLC robots and vision systems knowledge
