About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Manager to lead and manage our Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) System. As the Technical Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical aspects of the Oracle HCM System, ensuring its optimal performance, integration, and alignment with the organization's strategic goals. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive Oracle HCM technical expertise, and a proven track record of implementing and managing complex HCM solutions.

You will also:

System Implementation and Upgrades:
  • Lead the implementation and upgrade projects of the Oracle HCM System, ensuring successful execution within defined timelines and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Technical Oversight:
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Oracle HCM technical team.
  • Ensure the system's integrity, security, and optimal performance through regular monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Integration and Data Management:
  • Oversee the integration of the Oracle HCM System with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and consistency.
  • Develop and implement data management strategies to maintain data accuracy, completeness, and security.

Customization and Development:
  • Manage the customization and development of the Oracle HCM System to meet the organization's evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with developers to design, test, and implement custom solutions, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

User Support and Training:
  • Provide technical support to end-users and address system-related issues promptly.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure users are proficient in utilizing the Oracle HCM System's features and functionalities.

Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Generate regular reports on system performance, user adoption, and key performance indicators.

Compliance and Security:
  • Ensure the Oracle HCM System complies with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard sensitive employee information.


About you

Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in HCM systems

You must have:

  • Prior experience implementing Oracle HCM system
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM technical architecture, configuration, and customization.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus.
