About the role

The Lead HR Business Partner (HRBP) role will be a trusted advisor and partner to Business Leaders and other stakeholders. The position leads and facilitates the development of culture and key capabilities for the organization and is responsible for securing and maintaining a productive, diverse and engaged workforce, comprised of the best talent available. Through the design, development and implementation of Human Resources strategies, the Senior HRBP supports initiatives and associated design and execution in order to achieve business results and sustainable growth. In partnership with the appropriate functional HR areas, the Senior HRBP drives and deploys integrated local talent management, employee development, compensation, performance management, and organizational transformation and workplace strategies.

You will also:

Knowledge: Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.

Complexity: Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.

Supervision: Determines methods and procedures on new assignments.

About you

  1. Facilitates development of the business unit integrated people plan and ensures alignment with the strategic plans of the organization.
  2. Advises leaders on the implications of short and long-term decisions, strategies, and large-scale change efforts that will yield sustainable business results.
  3. Assist in rolling out performance management to all managers, employees to ensure that feedback and evaluations are completed on-time, by guidelines for every employee.
  4. Develops and implements HR plans, policies, programs, and tools in partnership with business leaders, Centers of Excellence (COEs) to build and enhance organizational capability and add value to the business.
  5. Initiates and sustains continuous dialogue with function leaders on both internal and external change issues and opportunities. Facilitates development of change plans and implementation of business transformational initiatives.
  6. Analyzes how change can be supported and sustained through redesigned HR strategies, programs, practices, policies, and processes.
  7. Plans and promotes the understanding, application, and improvement of strategies to address talent gaps and needs.
  8. Anticipates and facilitates the identification of key business changes and the implementation of those changes to achieve the desired end state as a business.
  9. Monitors and leverages performance results and recommends improvement opportunities.
  10. Works with leadership and other stakeholders to design and leverage integrated people strategies; enabling the attraction, development, and retention of top talent.
