About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager who will be responsible for developing and growing our StarShip product through our various ERP interfaces we sell into, i.e Microsoft, SAP B1, Sage and Acumatica, etc. This individual will act as an interface expert and will understand the product and interface design, use, and implementation. The individual will have a great understanding of how to manage their pipeline and move prospects through the sales cycle and will work closely with various resellers as well with clients on closing various opportunities. This position will not require any travel other than to a potential sales meeting

Responsibilities
  • Inquire with incoming leads from our website, existing clients and partner channel
  • Follow up with opportunities on a weekly basis
  • Setting up appointments to conduct Account Review and SaaS conversions
  • Build and maintain channel relationships
  • Obtain and maintain full product line/interface knowledge
  • Keep abreast of new ERP releases and product enhancements


About you
  • B2B sales experience (in technology a plus)
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Background a plus
  • SaaS experience highly recommended
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Strong work ethic and drive to overachieve
  • Self-motivated
