Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst with a specialized skillset in Workday to join our HRIS team. As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of our Workday Talent and Performance modules by ensuring data integrity and providing HR technology solutions to improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate across different teams to find solutions, assist others, and create technology-driven solutions. You dig deeper to understand the desired outcome instead of simply taking requests at face value. You offer advice that strikes a balance between meeting business requirements and developing scalable, top-notch technology solutions and experiences.
- Partner with HR SMEs and HRIT team members to build and document workflows and procedures for our systems.
- Rollout new technology functionality to support new initiatives and projects
- Intake, scope, and carryout technology enhancements and changes based on stakeholder requests
- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive, documented business requirements for requested changes, enhancements, or projects; accountable for articulating functional processes from beginning to end and providing thought leadership on functionality and design
- Maintain awareness of Workday future releases / roadmap and the potential impact of those plans on current and future Workday functionality
- Ensure day-to-day systems support is balanced with strategic enhancements and projects related to payroll and time and absence
- Responsible for the thorough testing and analysis of new Workday features and functionality and participates in release planning, accountable for regression testing, unit testing, User Acceptance testing and pre-launch testing / sign-off for new features or enhancements
- Assess out of the box reporting/dashboard against business requirements and determine best solutions to meet requirements
- Assist in testing processes from creating test cases, setting up test cases, and testing different personas through the processes
- Monitor and recommend changes to improve processes, technology, and data quality.
- Responsible for understanding, creating, and implementing end to end technology processes, identifying and closing gaps in processes and dependencies and transforming the technology landscape, specifically utilizing data connections
- Uphold excellent time management skills including technical requirements gathering, integration documentation, testing plans, and cut-over plans from a technology perspective and lead stakeholders through these standards
- Use project management skills in managing projects. Provide overall project management for given HR system initiative.
- Use HR and technical knowledge to influence, consult, communicate and manage projects from design to successful implementation

Preferred Skills, Knowledge, Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
- 5-7 years of experience as Workday functional expert in talent management and reporting
- Strong consultative skills and the ability to build relationships with HR and cross-functional partners
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail; Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to learn quickly and work within tight deadlines; self-starter; must take personal initiative and willingly assume responsibility and ownership
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
Ability to work in a high demand environment and manage ambiguous situations and/or directives
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Experienced in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Projects and other business tools

U.S. Salary Range:
$115,000.00 - $158,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
