Our Group:
You will join a small group of excellent matrix managers who are each responsible for managing the execution of multiple projects within a certain product line.
What you'll be doing:
Act as the version/delivery manager for multiple concurrent software projects.
Develop and maintain project plans, charters, and schedules using Agile methodologies.
Own the end-to-end delivery status, including risk identification and mitigation.
Lead project monitoring, control, and closure activities, including retrospectives and feedback loops.
Drive process improvements and standardization across delivery practices.
Champion Agile/SAFe practices across software, algorithm, and system teams.
Foster collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
What should you have?
7+ years of experience in project or release management within R&D environments.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Agile delivery frameworks.
Solid understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical thinking and a results-driven approach.
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams.
B.Sc. in Engineering or a related field.
PMP certification - a plus.
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence - an advantage.
