Job Description:
Join our R&D team driving innovation in advanced electron beam (e-beam) technologies for next-generation semiconductor manufacturing. We are seeking a skilled Scientist or Engineer with strong technical expertise and the ability to contribute to New Product Introduction (NPI) and supplier collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, testing, and optimization of e-beam systems and related instrumentation.
- Support NPI activities, including prototype validation, qualification, process transfer, and production ramp-up.
- Analyze technical and experimental data using Python or similar tools to support decision-making.
- Manage suppliers through SOW definition, project coordination, specification alignment, quality control, and issue resolution.
- Prepare technical reports and ensure compliance with NPI phase-gate documentation requirements
Qualifications:
- Degree in Physics, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical and experimental skills; experience with vacuum systems, electron optics, or semiconductor manufacturing is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Python, JMP, Excel).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Interest or experience in supplier management and quality control.
- Knowledge of project management, FMEA, and 8D problem-solving methodology is a plus.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
