Key Responsibilities
- Lead and control project teams, setting goals, scope, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Manage complex construction projects while ensuring high quality and service standards.
- Oversee projects for cleanroom installations, office extensions, or other infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate and steer all internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Monitor adherence to project objectives, including time and cost targets, processes, and systems.
- Apply expertise in HVAC, MEP systems, and building automation.
- Prepare accurate cost calculations, forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Deliver high-quality reports and dashboards for management.
- Drive innovation and digitalization in project management processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master Degree in Civil Engineering, Facility Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Real Estate, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in project management with cleanroom and office extension projects.
- Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, MEP, and cleanroom standards.
- Excellent analytical skills for budgeting and cost forecasting.
- Outstanding reporting and communication skills.
- Digital mindset and ability to implement innovative tools.
- Familiarity with HOAI, VOB, and AHO guidelines.
- Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2 preferred; LEED or sustainability certifications are a plus.
- Fluent in German and English; willingness to travel.
