Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide process mining efforts, from discovery and analysis to optimization and automation recommendations
- Use leading process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Signavio) to transform raw event logs into actionable insights
- Act as a strategic advisor to business and technology stakeholders, providing thought leadership on process improvement and digital transformation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify high-impact use cases, define success metrics, and implement continuous process improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain standards, methodologies, and best practices for process mining and performance benchmarking
- Drive adoption and education of process mining capabilities across business units through training, mentorship, and evangelization
- Ensure data integrity, alignment with enterprise architecture, and proper integration with systems such as ERP, CRM, and workflow platforms
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly through executive-level reporting and dashboards
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of professional experience in business process management, operations, digital transformation, or data analytics.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Signavio etc..).
- Deep knowledge of business process frameworks, performance metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
- Strong background in working with enterprise data systems (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow) and extracting event data.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale transformation projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Process Mining tool certification (e.g., Celonis Certified Analyst)
- Experience working in industries such as manufacturing, finance, healthcare, or supply chain.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar languages used for data preparation and analysis.
- Familiarity with automation platforms and technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow engines, AI/ML
