As a Process Engineer, you'll play a critical role in solving our customers' biggest challenges by designing semiconductor manufacturing processes. You will work on some of the most advanced and challenging technologies in the world, shaping the way process engineering evolves for our business and the semiconductor industry. Role Responsibilities:
- Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on moderately difficult process engineering experiments
- Perform hardware characterization on moderately difficult systems
- Troubleshoot challenging but manageable problems, perform Root Cause Analysis, and resolve process engineering issues
- Measure film properties and organize data/reports for review
- Generate internal documentation for products, presentations, and technical reports
- Communicate and engage with customers to resolve moderately difficult process engineering issues or concerns, under general supervision
- Identify, select, and partner with vendors and suppliers
- Implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation
Minimum Qualifications:
- PhD degree in Material Science, Materials Engineering, or a related field with a graduation/availability date of June 2025 or sooner
- 0-2 years of related work experience

U.S. Salary Range:
$124,000.00 - $171,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
