Qualifications
- Expertise in TEM sample preparation and experience with create/modify automation recipe(AutoTEM/iFast).
- 4+ years' experience on FIB/SEM tool operation (Ga-FIB and Plasma FIB).
- Bachelor or higher in Materials Science, Chemistry Engineering, or similar field.
- Advanced understanding of semiconductor devices such as GAA, Nano Sheet, 3D NAND, DRAM.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding oral and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work positive way with peers and customers at all levels
- Effectively manage projects/tasks/assignments, showing initiative and meeting expected timeframes.
- Understand the process of ALD, CVD, PVD, and sputter coating.
- Familiarity with destructive technology for failure analysis.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Flexible work hour/day.
PREFERRED:
- Experience on TEM operation.
- Experience developing new techniques on novel materials
- Familiarity with failure analysis techniques
Responsibilities
We are looking for a strong FIB Engineer who has experience operating and resolving various projects using FIB/SEM. In this role, the individual will be responsible for
- Interactive with customers to understand the business needs and provide new/alternative solutions.
- Explore disruptive technology with process engineering teams on bringing new metrology solutions
- Work on production samples using SEM/FIB tool
- Create and modify automation recipes (AutoTEM/iFast) to optimize throughput and adapt to new materials.
- Compile reports for comprehensive metrology analysis (FIB, TEM, SEM/EDS).
- Create and modify automation recipe to optimize production and new type of materials.
- Lab metrics analysis and presentations to the team and customer.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
