What You'll Do:
We are looking for an experienced and highly capable CIM Presales Engineer to join our global presales team. This role will lead complex, technical customer engagements across the US and Europe. Success in this position requires exceptional technical depth, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization while influencing outcomes.
This is not a typical presales role. We are looking for someone who thrives on solving nuanced customer challenges, listens actively and deeply, and is relentlessly focused on delivering what the customer truly needs-not just what is easy to sell. You'll work with regional teams to shape opportunities, demonstrate the value of our CIM solutions, and guide the customer journey from technical discovery through adoption.
