Join Our Team: New Product Transition Project/Program Manager (NPT PM)
Etch Manufacturing is looking for an experienced New Product Transition Program Manager to lead the successful transfer of new technologies from design into high volume production. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, operating in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
As the NPT PM, you will be responsible for the end-to-end success of product launch initiatives within manufacturing. You'll lead complex programs, aligning teams across engineering, supply chain, and operations to bring cutting-edge products to maturity.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Own the Program: Drive the success of new product transitions within scope, budget, and schedule-as defined by the Business Unit (BU) and PDP process.

• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate efforts across NPI/NPT Engineers, Materials PMs, DFX, Manufacturing, Supplier Engineering, and the BU.
• Pilot Execution: Oversee early manufacturing builds to drive learning and meet pilot milestones.
• Problem-Solve at Scale: Resolve operational challenges between the BU, NPI teams, and Volume Manufacturing.
• Drive Commercialization Strategy: Partner with Product Management and Engineering to improve designs and manufacturability.
• Mitigate Risk: Analyze product readiness and proactively address risks to ensure smooth production ramp.
• Engage Leadership: Deliver high-level presentations and strategic updates to senior stakeholders.
• Own the Details: Define project scopes, develop schedules, plan resources, and track budgets and deliverables.
• Facilitate Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives to streamline processes and elevate cross-team collaboration.
• Coordinate Execution: Organize and lead meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through across teams.
What You Bring
We're looking for a strong communicator, team leader, and problem-solver with a solid foundation in manufacturing and program management.
Required Qualifications:
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, product lifecycle, and change management processes.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively across engineering, operations, and executive leadership.
• Strong leadership in matrixed environments with the ability to manage complexity, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience managing technical programs with measurable business impact.
• Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to risk and issue management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering or equivalent).
Preferred Skills:
• Hands-on manufacturing engineering experience.
• PMP or Scrum certification.
• Experience with SAP.
• Background in the semiconductor industry is a plus.

U.S. Salary Range:
$104,000.00 - $143,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
