Your Role:
- Mechanical / Electrical assembly and commissioning / test of complex vacuum systems in a cleanroom environment
- Optimize and support existing production processes for vacuum and OLED/Display components
- Documents test results and technical data accurately
- Draft Operational Method Sheets and improve existing procedures
- Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives

Other Requirements: This position requires working in a clean room, the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields is required.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering
- Fluent both in German and English
- Experience in high-precision manufacturing or electronics assembly
- Familiarity with cleanroom standards is a plus
- Hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
