Key Responsibilities
Provides direct supervision to SCLA lab staff in support of SPG lab ops. Position requires strong networking with BUs and all support orgs to resolve issues and create new methods and process to meet cross BU improvements.
The role has responsibility for SPG safety roadmap and KPI tracking, Daily lab operations and driving productivity and cost programs.
Role include managment of existing lab owernship through continous improvement lab structures and personel. Role involves ongoing employee managment and leadership employee development. Required to utilize all HR/Legal systems to adminstate required task. Requires an objective based employee performance expectation that waterfalls high level objectives to individual employees

Requires expert knowledge on build and start-up activities for semiconductor labs/fabs. Utilization of this experience to build operational and work flow models for existing SCLA sites and EPIC lab.
Resolves complex lab process issues utilizing systematic troubleshooting methodology generally involving multiple processes. Create a mechanism to communicate issues, track progress and pull resources from multiple business unit and/or functions. Uses sound statistical techniques like digital transformation methods, problem solving methodologies using various Kaizen processes to quickly determine root cause and action plans
Functional Knowledge
- Demonstrates broad and comprehensive understanding of different systems, theories and practices
- Creates reports for business methods including QBR, SR, and high level Sr. management needs
Business Expertise
- Requires minimun of 10 years experience in a semiconductor lab/fab infrastructure to operational completion. Utilize experience to create lab ops orgs and business data models for managment fo performance

- Models sound postive leadership values. High ongoing responsibility for employee develop and talent pipeline.

- Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advanced analytical thought and judgment

U.S. Salary Range:
$172,000.00 - $236,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
