We are actively recruiting for a Facility & Real Estate Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Facility department in Italy. The workplace can be based in Agrate Brianza (Monza) or Treviso, with the flexibility to support activities at our additional locations in Catania and Reggio Emilia.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for organizing, supervising, and updating the plans for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of buildings.
  • Defining the necessary facilities services for the optimal management of workplaces across various locations.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and understanding the spatial requirements of departments and the usage needs of end users.
  • Identifying, selecting, and managing suppliers of goods and services, and defining contracts with moderate responsibility.
  • Assisting in the development of any renovation, reassessment, or optimization projects in line with business needs.
  • Supervising construction sites and companies tasked with the work in case of development projects.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: bachelor's or master's degree in Construction Engineering or Management or Architecture.
  • Consideration also for candidates with a Technical Diploma (Geometra) and substantial experience in relevant activities.
  • Preferred experience in construction management, facilities, and real estate.

  • Proactive mindset and problem solver.
  • Leadership, excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities to interact properly with the supplier, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse, multinational, and multicultural team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, understanding priorities and goal-oriented.
