Recognized as an thought leader within the Chemical Delivery space. Influences the strategy to address internal or external business needs in developing an optimum solution that meets technology, cost & quality objectives. Proactively identifies and solves the most complex problems that impact management and direction of the business. Champion and lead new technology roadmaps for the Chemical Delivery Center Of Excellence (COE) organization. Demonstrated knowledge in commercializing chemical delivery components (MFC, MFV, BPC, Gauges, Valves, Transducers). Semiconductor process knowledge & past experience working in a Semiconductor fab will be a plus.

Technically lead and/or execute unusually complex engineering projects and spearhead research and development of new technologies as appropriate

Develops and implements concepts for entire range of unusually complex product issues and engineering solutions

Problem identification and troubleshooting a wide range of unusually complex engineering and technology problems that have division wide potential implication

Interface with internal and external customers regarding unusually complex engineering issues and troubleshooting to solve customers High Value Problems (

Specify the development of, design, or modify engineering layouts/schematics and/or detailed drawings/specifications of unusually complex scope Generate product specifications. Define, coordinate, perform, and document engineering tests.

This position originates, develops and executes the most complex technical projects and influences future technology and product strategy. Focus, knowledge

required for those technical challenges that may not have an identified solution by customer, competitors or within industry. Works on critical complex issues t

development and business success measured by two or more of the following: incremental revenue growth, market share increases, key customer penetration

and commercial value of the work. Within safety guidelines originate, design, perform, collect data, analyze and compile reports on unusually complex engineering experiments and provides solutions that are innovative and ingenious.

Develop innovative solutions as part of proven track record of significant technology contributions. Widely recognized internally (across Business Units) as on in their field.

Conceive and implement new technology, normally named as primary inventor on numerous critical patents and recognized through awards and/or published

Decisions impact major product development programs and business success at the division/segment level.

Leads through contribution to the development of new principles and concepts. As a technical role model to Applied's technical and engineering community, t

guide less experienced engineers. Typically is involved in judging the approach and verifying the validity of technical strategies

Deep subject matter expert who consults with management and customers on exceptionally complex technical issues. Viewed as a company resource for spe

by customers and external leaders as an expert and thought leader in their field.

U.S. Salary Range:
$206,000.00 - $283,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
