The Corporate Quality Specialist (m/f/d) is responsible for driving enterprise-wide quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with global standards, and fostering continuous improvement. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance the Quality Management System (QMS), develop quality tools, and lead strategic projects that strengthen the organization's quality culture

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates, utilizes tools and methods to improve, and add enhancements to quality management system with key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in project planning and execution, including end-to-end implementation of quality initiatives.
  • Drives project deliverables and task details utilizing analytics, tracking charts and, checklists.
  • Analyzes operational data, guiding company on critical to tasks to improve business processes and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Hands-on experience with audits, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Strong background in data analysis, business process development, and quality reporting tools.
  • Contributes to technical business process development with teams in the pursuit enterprise quality deliverables.
  • Experience in developing quality IT solutions, dashboards, and portals for enterprise-wide use.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive global quality initiatives.
  • Develops and manages quality training and courses. Monitors current quality training to ensure compatibility and compliance with current programs.
  • Promotes global quality image and brand through communications.
  • Leads quality communications outreach to key audiences globally.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Management, Process Improvement, or Corporate Quality roles.
  • Proven experience in technical domains is desirable.
  • Professional Certifications: Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, and audit methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools, quality dashboards, and process improvement techniques
