- Research on Industry Trends and emerging skills to curate new skilling courses that is aligned to Business needs
- Analyze training feedback and participants demographics to improve training effectiveness.
- Support program marketing and communications efforts to drive awareness and engagement.
- Support the development of assessments, survey and other evaluation methods.
- Manage enrolment processes, annual work planning, training logistics (trainer and venue), and post-program surveys.
- Develop and track KPIs such as literacy/adoption rates, enrolment/completion rates, and competency development,
- Explore new learning technologies and tools to enhance upskilling initiatives
