What You'll Do
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Operations and Strategy Manager to join our AGS Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing business processes, and ensuring operational efficiency within our functionally diverse organization.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, scorecards, and presentations to support annual strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, and key events.
- Collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams to monitor progress and report on group objectives; ensure high data accuracy by understanding cross-functional data reporting.
- Create high-quality presentations and work with the team to ensure data is presented accurately and effectively.
- Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Schedule meetings in advance with clear agenda and ensure the attendance of all participants.
- Distribute comprehensive and high-quality summarized meeting notes real-time.
- Document newly developed processes and best-known methods (BKMs); provide training and drive proliferation using change management tools.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within AGS Operations.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 7 years of work experience.
- Semiconductor industry experience / knowledge.
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, and visual) and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and experience creating high-impact presentations with proven ability to distill complex information to succinct high-level presentation to top management and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business intelligence skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Project management and leadership skills.
- Unwavering commitment to drive execution including influence management of diverse stakeholders that span a wide variety of job roles and levels, geographic locations, temperaments, and styles.
- Ability to work effectively in an extremely fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Collaborative team player with robust sense of accountability; highly proactive and results oriented.

U.S. Salary Range:
$140,000.00 - $192,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
