We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee the company's fixed asset management and intercompany transactions. This role will dedicated to improving asset tracking accuracy and asset security , lead process improvements, and manage cross-border transactions in compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Fixed Assets Management
- Lead and coordinate fixed assets cycle count across China entities. Investigate discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
- Liaise with stakeholders and provide fixed assets policy guidance.
- Collaborate with internal functions to implement system upgrades and process optimization.
- Produce regulatory reports and support statutory audit process.

Intercompany Gatekeeping
- Oversee all cross-border intercompany transactions for China legal entities, ensuring adherence to China FX regulations.
- Validate intercompany supporting documents for bank remittances.
- Produce SAFE reports, investigate and manage variances.
Other ad hoc tasks
- Support liquidation process. Assist in financial due diligence, liability settlements, bank account closure for entity closures.
- Corporate insurance local process support.
