Key Responsibilities
Works with business unit in technology development and transfer HVP and analytical requirement to the TEM/SEM team. Takes ownership of delivering the required solution to the business units that solve their HVP and development needs. Serves as the analytical expert across a broad range of business and semiconductor devices . Plays a key role in defining analytical strategy and identifying gaps. Provides feedback to business unit analytical techniques and data characterization to their films development. Takes the lead in positioning new analytical technologies information to the business units. Interfaces with business unit at key development and to form strategic partnerships and oversees joint development activities (BU Engagements). Makes executive level presentations. Create a mechanism to communicate BU engagement progress, scorecard, track progress and pull resources from TEM/SEM/FIB and metrology to solve business HVP. Uses sound statistical techniques and problem solving methodologies like DOEs (Design of Experiment) to quickly determine root cause and action plans. Provides oversight of BU Engagement project, including defining HVP, milestone, and evaluation criteria to form the project goals and team. Keeps abreast of new developments in own and related business unit technology groups. Participates in publishing in ET conferences and journals.

U.S. Salary Range:
$163,000.00 - $224,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
