Key Responsibilities:

Manages activities to achieve the service sales objectives for the accounts including development and execution of growth strategy for service business. Engage customers and build long-term, trusting relationships. Build and articulate clear value propositions and customer messaging.

  • Strong Spreadsheet and Data Analysis skills
  • Strategic sales planning: develop sales plans that support business strategy and reflect understanding of emerging and existing opportunities and markets.
  • Effective presentation: present information to groups with the appropriate degree of formality.
  • Influencing others: persuade, convince or gain support and commitment from others for ideas, proposals, and solutions
  • Building relationships: use appropriate interpersonal skills to develop, maintain and strengthen effective relationships with customers and internal partners to achieve business goals.

Demonstrated Knowledge:

  • Familiar with subscription revenue models
  • Semiconductor equipment and manufacturing knowledge
  • Familiar with strategic sales process

Experience:

  • 3-5+ years sales experience
  • 3-5+ years semiconductor experience
  • Experience with subscription revenue models desired

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Major in Engineering and Technology, Industrial Engineering or MBA is a plus

To meet minimum qualifications for this opportunity you must have the following:

- must have minimum of 3 years semiconductor experience

- must have minimum of 3 years sales experience

- must have subscription sales revenue experience

- must be able to travel < 50% both domestically and internationally when required (will mostly be domestic travel)

- Must be located and/or willing to relocate to Austin, TX

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
