Applied Materials' VSE Business Unit is searching for an intern to join our team for the Spring 2026! The position will entail the following:
- Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression
- Typically has knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts of Mechanical Engineering
- Develops competence by performing structured work assignments
- Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
- Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others
- Self-driven and hands on
- Start date: January 12, 2025;
- Onsite, Gloucester, MA location
Requirements
- Student must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree program in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Student must be in good academic standing at their university, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
- Experience in semiconductor processing or manufacturing preferred
- Quick learner
