The team includes professionals with backgrounds in event design, management, operations, broadcast, and production. The Worldwide Events Team is seeking a Project Manager to support our team. From new launches and keynotes, to live productions and hands on experiences, this team is charged with managing the planning, end-to-end production, guest journeys and unique details that make these events special. The ideal candidate is very collaborative, flexible, has a positive attitude and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll demonstrate creativity, integrity, attention to detail, a highly developed sense of quality, accountability and confidentiality.

Description

- Owns project timelines, calendars and task management for a variety of events. - Manages events from conception to final debrief. - Drives pre-event planning meetings with internal partners, track milestones, and ensure accountability. - Manages production schedules, approvals, run of shows, onsite logistics and any other event planning documentation. - Manages post-event wrap-ups, debriefs, and recap documents to capture insights and optimize future activations. - Coordinates integration of event content work streams into event planning process; partnering with public relations and product marketing teams. - Serves as the main point of contact for internal cross functional partners, such as security, employee safety, employee communications, and building and production operations team. - Support the team in daily business operations and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-8 years experience project managing or leading events for global brands either in-house or at a premier experiential or marketing agency
  • 5+ yrs of working in a collaborative corporate environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Must be willing to travel domestically, 4-6 times per year

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $115,100 and $173,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
