The WW Commercial Manager: Retail SMB is a high-impact role responsible for leading commercial plans across Retail centered around Small Business customers with the goal of driving growth. This role will own or work cross-functionally on exciting work streams including SMB customer segmentation, value proposition innovation, and affordability and pricing programs.

The WW Commercial Manager: Retail SMB will be responsible for commercial development across a number of work streams for Apple Retail, including SMB customer segmentation, creation or evolution of SMB-specific value propositions, and developing unique affordability and pricing programs that uniquely meet the needs of SMB customers.

Responsibilities
- Business and Market Analysis: Deeply understand the SMB market and intersections with Retail and Apple, along with Apple's own SMB revenue and unit performance across products, geos, and routes to market.
- Customer Segmentation: Create and develop customer segmentation framework unique to Apple and Retail for SMB customers, including unique needs, problem statements, and addressable market size
- Strategic Planning: Lead and execute commercial strategies / new initiatives in partnership across Retail and Apple that support customer acquisition, revenue and margin growth across customer cohorts, products, and routes to market
- Strategic Initiatives: Based on customer segmentation and unique problem set identification, lead the development of new initiatives including new value propositions and affordability/pricing with cross-functional stakeholders
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships across Retail and Apple, as well as key external partners to influence decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience with expert knowledge of the Retail industry, Commerce, Consulting, and/or Financial Services.
- Proven cross-functional leadership experience, Strong track record of driving initiatives from concept to execution.
- Proven track record in strategy or commercial development functions, successfully developing and leading business initiatives that address clear long-term objectives.
- Self-starter with strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SMB or Enterprise go-to-market or commercial development
- Ability to craft compelling presentations that influence leadership effectively through storytelling.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
