Description
APPLE INC has the following available in Los Angeles, California. Forecast demand, inventory, and multi-channel sell through. Create Excel models and processes to allow for disaggregation of forecasts to country/partner level and assess pricing impacts. Generate weekly and quarterly supply plans that meet financial objectives. Evaluate risks. Plan and implement contingency plans to mitigate. Analyze product sales on a daily basis. Identify opportunities and drive partner groups to appropriate action. Coordinate closely with regional product planning teams to ensure supply plans meet sales requirements. Coordinate with Marketing and New Product Operations teams to set launch quantities of new product introductions and to ensure smooth product transitions. Assist global procurement teams to allocate constrained components, ensuring raw material inventory targets are met, and minimizing material obsolescence during product transition. Present product updates and recommend actions to Operations executive management team on a weekly basis. Identify improvement opportunities in the product planning process, marshal resources, and drive projects to completion. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700 - $241,800/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- 1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required:
- Advanced modeling and statistical data analytics
- Advanced Excel skills
- Financial impact analysis
- Utilization and simplification of large data sets
- Coordination with multiple cross functional groups
