Are you a driven and meticulous Product Marketing Manager? Our Apple College Students Product Marketing team supports consumer marketing efforts for higher-ed students (including vocational/technical, undergraduate and post-graduate students). In this global role, you'll join our team of product marketing experts, setting and driving Apple's college student product marketing strategy that aligns Apple products and services with the evolving needs of college students. At Apple, collaboration drives innovation. You'll partner with cross-functional teams across the organization to create engaging content, support key campaigns and retail moments, help enable partners who bring Apple to college students around the world and identify new and innovative ways to communicate Apple's unique value proposition across all mediums, customizing the approach to meet the distinct demands of the college student experience. No two days will be the same. Adaptability, strategic prioritization, and a passion for building connections will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies and campaigns for products that cater to college student needs
  • Deeply understand the market through quantitative and qualitative data to uncover audience behaviors, user trends segmentation and opportunity sizing
  • Drive integrated marketing programs and key seasonal campaigns, partnering with Marcom, PR, sales, and retail teams to bring Apple to college students
  • Contribute and execute against our key initiatives with a growth-mindset for continuous innovation and optimization to support product adoption among college students
  • Evangelize college students across Apple and drive key moments with college student voice
  • Track and analyze results and impact to drive continuous improvement and excellence across the team

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant B2C product marketing, program management, or growth marketing in the education or technology industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong business sense and project management skills
  • Ability to lead multiple collaborators and priorities across geographies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Apple technology and belief in the power of our products to change the world

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing successful go to market campaigns and content with demonstrated high impact
  • Experience building and leading projects and influencing diverse cross-functional partners despite competing agendas
  • Strong attention to detail and very high standards of quality
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
  • Openminded, patient listener and active participant
  • Creative and authentic storyteller with outstanding writing, editing, and design skills

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
