This position will help influence our generative strategies and deployments as welll as our existing portfolio of IVR applications and other products.

You would be joining a fast-paced, cohesive team with aggressive goals and tremendous drive. A successful candidate will bring the right balance of product ownership skills as well as technical and business knowledge to deliver on our support initiatives. Help lead the generative strategy and roadmap planning for the AppleCare voice experience. Work with voice designers and application engineers to turn design concepts into reality. Manage a large portfolio of diverse projects and initiatives. Lead partnerships with a variety of organizations and teams. Craft and deliver concepts, proposals and presentations for a variety of business and technical audiences.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience owning large, cross-functional, contact center, and support initiatives including IVR technologies.
- BA or BS or minimum of 3-5 years related work experience.
- Experience with generative technologies, conversational design and associated integrations.
- Analytical problem solver. Ability to utilize data driven methodologies to ensure continued program success.
- Ability to transform data and observations into impactful insights and actionable plans.
- Capable of coordinating and directing global teams of high-performing project managers, developers and business operations resources.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business preferred.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
