Description

The Video Producer will guide the development and execution of best-in-class customer-facing video communication in support of Apple's business goals. Responsibilities include overseeing development of videos from inception through final delivery. This includes partnering with creative teams during ideation, supporting the strategic and production goals of brand teams, and leading production through all phases. Ensuring projects are produced on strategy, within budget, and to the highest levels of creative excellence will be the primary remit.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective production strategies for diverse shooting locations, crew sizes, and production types
  • Manage end-to-end video production, ensuring seamless execution on time and within budget constraints
  • Establish clear and consistent communication channels, facilitating timely information, while keeping the team from getting overwhelmed
  • Advocate for Apple's brand standards in all aspects of creative work. Serve as a liaison between the Creative and Brand teams and other business partners with specific business or communication objectives.
  • Operate efficiently with production funds, collaborating with suppliers and vendors to deliver exceptional work in a highly optimized manner. Maintain a willingness to compromise without compromising the quality of the work.
  • Ensure expenses are tracked, providing a comprehensive overview of cost evolution and rationale

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in a producer role at an agency, commercial production company, in-house marketing communications or creative services department
  • TV/film advertising, digital, video/motion graphics production and/or post-production experience
  • Project and budget management in a creative organization
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and negotiating agreements where varying opinions are the norm

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding and awareness of brand voice and aesthetic, with the ability to shape creative work that effectively communicates the organization's brand identity and values
  • A strong leader that can informally lead multidisciplinary teams with marketing communication expertise at both a strategic and executional level
  • A flexible problem solver who can address challenges successfully with a willingness to adapt and modify the approach as needed
  • Proactive approach with the drive to seize new opportunities and take on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
  • Resilient under stressful situations, while maintaining a positive attitude and forward-thinking approach despite subpar circumstances or setbacks
  • Communicates clearly and concisely, delivering messages and actively listening to ensure understanding, and has the flexibility to adapt communication styles to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
