US Enterprise Channel Digital Lead

This role will develop US Enterprise channel digital strategy and roadmaps, and execute digital sales for the region. You will drive Apple's digital customer experience (CX) and online sales growth programs with partners according to global playbooks. You will build great relationships, develop partner capabilities, and ensure flawless implementation across the programs. This role will also partner closely with the WW digital channel team, regional cross-functional teams and external partners to maximize and grow Apple's digital business.

Description

- Responsible for the regional and partner-specific digital strategies, plans and roadmaps. - Develop digital account plans and drive adoption of digital incentive programs tied directly to revenue-generating initiatives. - Implement partner digital capabilities assessments; prioritize results into measurable initiatives that drive online sales growth. - Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing and Finance to customize and implement global digital playbooks. - Drive a regular cadence of reporting on digital KPIs, site performance, and CX quality. - Analyze digital sales funnel data, user behavior, and partner performance to uncover optimization and new revenue opportunities. - Lead all aspects of digital user experience (UX) audits, A/B testing programs, and end-to-end customer journey improvements. - Collaborate on eCommerce platform enhancements, customer portal development, and B2B buying experience innovation. - Build strong relationships with partner executive teams and internal Apple leadership to align on digital transformation goals. - Lead special projects focused on scaling and evolving Apple's digital Enterprise channel strategy.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years proven experience with and passion for eCommerce, B2B and digital technologies.
  • Deep understanding of the US enterprise/consumer channel, eCommerce landscape, partners and the needs of our customers.
  • Proven experience succeeding in complex, matrix and cross-functional projects
  • Experience managing and reporting against multi-year plans, budgets, Key Performance Indicators, breakthroughs, roadmaps, etc.
  • Proven analytical proficiency; well-versed in site analytics and proficient in analyzing data for digital merchandising decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading all aspects of program roadmaps with high attention to detail
  • Ability to inspire, influence and collaborate across many functions and levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
