Description
In this role you will be responsible for: Supporting Instructors while encouraging their development. Developing Instructors' skills in both classroom and virtual delivery by using North Star observations, effective feedback, and continuing education. Acting as the primary point of contact for addressing the training needs of the business. Partnering with the training coordinators to lead the training schedule for team and line of business support. Encouraging continuous improvement by regularly monitoring and sharing standard processes. Demonstrating leadership by encouraging new insights and organizational innovation. Collaborating across organizational boundaries to achieve common goals. Driving strategies for implementing training and organizational development initiatives. Building positive relationships with key partners. Ensuring high-caliber training is delivered consistently to our organization. Partnering with the Development team to ensure that all training materials are current and reflect best practices. Partnering with other Training Delivery Managers on business objectives and key initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience in training or quality teams
- Minimum of one year experience leading geographically dispersed teams
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Minimum of two years of experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight timeframes.
Preferred Qualifications
- A proven track record in training within a customer support multinational company.
- Familiarity with the instructional design process.
- Excellent presentation, classroom delivery and facilitation skills.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $112,500 and $169,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
