Technical Integration Specialist, Apple Ads

Apple's Advertising Platforms Partnerships Team is looking for an experienced Technical Integration Specialist to help establish industry-leading support and innovation across our News and Search Ads platforms. In this role, you will solve systemic technical problems, manage sophisticated API integrations, and collaborate across teams to ensure the seamless operation and evolution of our advertising solutions. You'll play a key role in developing robust test plans, analyzing sophisticated data sets, and communicating technical solutions clearly and effectively to diverse collaborators. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role, offering the opportunity to contribute to Apple's mission of delivering impactful, privacy-focused advertising experiences.
Description
This role will involve solving technical problems by investigating critical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing robust, long-term solutions. You will lead and run API integration projects, offering technical guidance to ensure seamless implementation and reliable performance. Your responsibilities will include constructing and implementing technical test plans that consider edge cases, validate functionality, and ensure system reliability. You will analyze complex data sets to identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose actionable solutions to improve system performance. Collaboration will be key, as you'll work closely with clients, product, sales, and engineering, serving as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams. You'll also be expected to break down complex concepts into clear and concise explanations for non-technical partners. In addition, you will provide data-driven insights and analysis to address systemic issues and enhance operational efficiency. Handling challenging priorities effectively will be important, as you ensure timely resolution of critical issues in a fast-paced environment. Finally, you will need to adapt to constantly evolving environments and requirements, working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Technical Operations or Solutions role.
- Experience with API integration and troubleshooting, including managing complicated integration projects.
- Proficiency in SQL, with experience writing and solving queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving systemic issues.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of advertising technology and performance marketing metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR)
- Experience providing data-driven analysis on systemic issues.
- Familiarity with concepts, definitions, and metrics used in the context of performance marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with external clients, product teams, and engineering teams.
- Ability to translate sophisticated technical concepts into clear, non-technical explanations.
- Proven track record in managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality results in rapidly changing environments.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,400 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
