The Apple Design Team is looking for a receptionist to manage the front entry of the studio. Ideal candidates will have experience in handling a wide range of administrative support tasks and enjoy working in a fast paced environment where flexibility is key.
Description
The core to this role is studio entry management, where this person will act as the gate keeper for Apple's most confidential space: greet visitors, track people, meetings, etc. Key tasks include managing meeting room calendars, distributing mail, packages and model deliveries, and help with shipping support. They will also act as a liaise with studio administrators, perform opening and closing duties: drape / cover work, stock kitchen and resource rooms. Additional miscellaneous support will be needed as directed.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $27.75 and $42.20/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
