This is an exciting opportunity that entails the following responsibilities: - Leverage business acumen and analytics to identify performance improvement opportunities, and propose innovation solutions - Collaborate with and influence cross-functional business partners to identify and solve operational challenges - Communicate results of complex analyses and projects effectively to senior leaders - Help to drive and make decisions that directly impact our stores performance This is the go-to finance lead for forecasting and driving productivity and staffing levels in Apple Retail stores across the Americas. The role is responsible for analyzing the optimal resource levels across 300+ stores, considering customer experience, employee experience, spend and product demand. The role has a mix of weekly/quarterly responsibilities and project based / innovative time, including stores P&L reviews, outlier performance analyses, new store openings, and financial & strategic support for new programs across our stores.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant finance experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
