Description

Join NPS as a Spoilers Secrecy Program Manager, where you will help enable impactful secrecy planning through the detailed analysis of spoilers. This position will give you the opportunity to monitor real-time media coverage of Apple development efforts, generate executive-level readouts on articles, extract information from large data sets to help set strategic directives and focus tactical planning, and more. It will require proven leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative approach to preventing leaks of New Product Introductions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • 10 years or more experience in project management or operations demonstrating an ability to:
  • Lead global cross functional teams to deliver initiatives on time.
  • Overcome setbacks-changing methods, priorities, and plans to stay on track.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
  • Raise key issues and options for resolution.
  • Craft and deliver compelling presentations for Senior/Executive Leadership.
  • Deliver tasks with minimal outside direction or supervision.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, both domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess a practical understanding of security processes and risk frameworks through roles in: operations risk management, physical security, information security, law enforcement/intelligence or inventory management/loss prevention.
  • Experience working for a multinational company on global manufacturing operations/issues.
  • Experience analyzing large data sets to derive actionable information.
  • Proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects with multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
  • Demonstrable negotiating skills and ability to navigate big picture and small details.
  • Proven success partnering cross-functionally with diverse teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels and distill revenant information for the right audience.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, with demonstrated critical thinking abilities, creative problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technologies, with a strong aptitude for technical solutions.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
