Description

APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Build compilers and tools to enable model-driven development and code generation targeting system analysis, planning, and integration. Design domain-specific languages that match the requirements of internal clients. Implement algorithms for model analysis and planning. Implement code and configuration generators and optimizers for different use cases. Support users in integrating the tools into their workflows. Debug functional issues from changes to aforementioned tools. Analyze performance issues in aforementioned tools, generated code and configurations. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $147,400 - $220,900/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• Education and/or work experience must include:
• Using C++ to implement data structures and algorithms.
• Using python to implement tools that collect runtime data.
• Using unit test frameworks including GTest to test implemented algorithms.
• Using version control systems including Git to stage implementations.
• Using static analysis tools to understand behavior of implemented algorithms.
• Using perf analysis tools to improve performance.
• Using software design tools to communicate low level design.
