Description
APPLE INC has the following available in Austin, Texas. Build automation for the product functionality in addition to developing utilities and tools to aid Continuous Integration/Delivery. Work efficiently with cross-functional teams to understand the interface contracts for upstream and downstream systems, understand product requirements, design test strategy, test planning and deep dive to understand and test product features functionality. Effectively build and test various scenario to deliver qualitative artifacts. Build the product expertise using various internal trainings and product discussions needed to help debug production issues and integrate with monitoring infrastructures involved in qualifying the product features for production release and sign-off. 40 hours/week.

Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- Experience and/or education must include the following:
- Java coding to build the automation and tooling development.
- SQL, Mysql to query the data that flows across various layers of the system.
- Shell scripting to build the automation of more frequently performed tas, experience with Unix to interact with various systems and troubleshoot the issue by verifying logs etc.,
- Use git for configuration management of the automation code and scripts.
- Frameworks - TestNG for writing integration test automation, Junit for writing unit tests
- Cloud Technologies - experience with one or more cloud technologies such as AWS or Google cloud.
- Containers - Ability to work with container technologies such as dockers to create and manage docker images.
- Kubernetes for automating the scaling and managing the application deployment and fail-over scenarios.
