Description

APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Develop user applications for allowing for authentication, payments, and subscription management across Apple products. Develop user interface on customer-facing Apple products on various platforms. Use knowledge in software systems design and advanced software engineering including component design for building scalable commerce flows. Migrating and adapting existing Apple Media Products Commerce components to other platforms, bringing the rich experience of Apple's applications to wider audiences globally which are deployed on the web along with a variety of first-party and third-party devices. Design and develop software utilizing Javascript framework, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Ensure code quality by conducting thorough code reviews and implementing best practices in UI development, emphasizing readability, maintainability, and adherence to design guidelines. Actively participate in peer review processes to collaboratively inspect, refine, and enhance UI code for optimal performance and user experience. Engage with the Project Management team to deliver estimates and effort assessments for new features, employing a comprehensive approach that involves detailed analysis of project requirements, consideration of historical data, and collaborative discussions with stakeholders to ensure precision in estimations. Manage concurrent software applications projects across various release schedules, employing effective coordination strategies to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 - $264,200/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • 2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
  • 1. Using ReactJS for modular and scalable UI development to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces
  • 2. Using component-based architecture and virtual DOM for optimal UI rendering.
  • 3. Using front-end tools and libraries (e.g., Webpack, Babel) to build and bundle React applications.
  • 4. Using HTTP requests to facilitate communication between the user interface and backend services, real-time data interaction.
  • 5. Using HTML expertise to create well-structured, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • 6. Using CSS to craft visually appealing, responsive, and well-styled user interfaces.
  • 7. Conducting Performance, Cross-Browser Compatibility, and Accessibility Testing, coupled with Git for Version Control.
